Not Me! It's Those Other Racists!

This is by way of explantion...

This past Sunday I posted a photo of the Proud Boys swanning about in Washington, DC on my Facebook page whereupon it received a staggering buttload of positive response. Ninety percent was in accordance with me that these lads were tools of hate and that anyone marching around in 100-degree in full dress were absolute morons. It was clear to anyone with a working synapse that these were mercenaries who well-paid to be there.

Then there was the ten percent of lunatics all oddly expressing the same thought, time and again, that this parade of turds was, in fact, people from the Southern Poverty Law Center (Or "SPLC" as they constantly short-handed it) pretending to be Trawmp's fascists. Evidently these sad specimens had received their posting orders from on high and they dutifully coughed it up to the best of their typing ability.

There is much debate as to the value of Facebook these days but the one lovely feature it provides is the ability to Block people from ever posting on one's page again. A function I take, and took, full advantage of, and with great gusto.

How do I feel about the emergence of the Socialist Democratic Party? The same way I felt about Kamala Harris being chosen as Vice-President.

It's a trap.

Kamala was VP because the politics of the time demanded it. Because of the BLM movement, largely embraced by the public after the heinous murder of George Floyd, Joe Biden HAD to pick someone of color for Veep and it almost had to be a woman. Kamala Harris was a great choice, a spectacular choice, as an individual, but I knew a Black woman president was going to be a political stretch for much of rural America.

(Do I still think the voting machines were hacked? Yes, because when people worth billions of dollars want even larger fortunes what's a few million bcks of it slipped under the table to the people who write that code?)

The Socialist Democrats are going to have a similar problem. Their time and politics have certainly come but the corporate media is going to ram the word "communist" (because it sounds like "socialist") down the throats of every living American idiot for the next two years. Grammaw and Grampaw America are going to go to that ballot box in November with images of the Cold War still in their heads and they're going to pick the guy who isn't a socialist.
