Nepo-Nazis
After drawing and coloring this 'toon I realized all I really needed was that third panel and a short intro message.
Oh, well.
-------------
Democrats got rid of a creepy "Nazi" last week, named Graham, and on Saturday night the Republicans lost a creepy Nazi, also named Graham. And now another Graham is going to join the Nazis and become a Nazi named Graham.
Make no mistake here. Darline knows what kind of fascist, rapist, racist, Nazi bed she crawled into. If anyone takes offense at me calling her a Nazi then maybe she shouldn't work for fucking Nazis!

In case you missed the Prairieland story, a group of ICE protesters set off some fireworks, flattened a couple of tires, and spray painted some graffiti on a security station outside an ICE facility. Except for the one idiot who fired a gun and struck an officer (A ricochet. He lived.) the defendants should have gotten off with fines and minor jail time.
Instead, the judge handed down sentences totaling over 650 years. Several defendants received 50 year sentences.
Why?
Because the group had caused more than $1000 in damage to government equipment.
This was due to a tiny rule buried in the PATRIOT ACT that no one cared about until Trump's DOJ needed a way to make an example of "antifa". This rule was not employed against the protestors in the January 6th attack. For the record:
J6 attack on the U.S. Capitol: Four police officers died, over two million dollars in damage. Average sentence of over 1200 rioters: 26 months.
(All pardoned by fascists.)
Prairieland protest of ICE facility: No one died, $4000 total damage, average sentence of eight protestors: 50+ years.
(All prosecuted by fascists.)
One woman, Meagan Smith, was sitting in a car playing Nintendo, waiting to drive her friends back home after the protest. She got 50 years in prison.
A man named Daniel Estrada received a 30 year sentence for moving a stack of zines. Yeah, just that.
What this means is if during the next No Kings march some idiot does over $1000 damage to a federal facility Trump's DOJ will hunt down anyone that was there (turn your phone off!) and put them all in jail for years. And don't think they don't understand they can send in agents to cause a little damage for the cause during the march.
(Jury nullification has never been more important than right now. Look it up.)
We have to hope and pray the next President is a Democrat willing to exercise his pardon power which releases these harmless people back to what's left of their normal lives.
And hopefully legislators will give the rule a second look because, due to inflation, that $1000 amount is not hard to hit these days.
(Note: I spent the better part of Monday trying to make a cartoon about the Prairieland catastrophe but it wasn't to be. So I took a cheap shot at a new Nazi stooge. Sue me.)
