I visited a new dentist today. They took my blood pressure
and heart rate before the cleaning and the numbers
were so high they thought I was on the verge of a stroke.
Turns out I'd been
neglecting to hydrate properly
as the temps increase here in North Texas. Several
pitchers of water later and I'm back to, uh, normal.
I'd like to discourse further on the need to drink
adequate amounts of water BUT I HAVE TO GO PEE!
